after that..trained my headstand thingy...den elbow walkover...wah damn suffering ah i tell u... :P

and den....*jeng *jeng* AIRCHAIR...look at the pics below....if u duno wats dat....at first he asked me use d chair as a support first lo...den hold his hand and do...den his knee....and den when i do again using d chair, he asked me to open bigger....he wans me to fully use my flexibility... so i mah open bigger lo...den i lost control and deng...fell...d chair pom piang oso...den i terkick his face :P....he actually asked me to kick him wan...manatau i terkick lo... :P hehe wayne and d rests laughed at me..i actually laughed oso...:P and i injurt my elbow...skin came out a lil bit...jerry said dun kena stuff dat pedas wan...later pain....he ah i tell u damn funny wan...he can speak hokkien oso... :P hehe... den i need to do without any support...i damn scared..he said aiya dun be scared...u can do wan...so well i tried :)

Got break class today!.Luckily i went! hahahaX) when i reached there, only Zemy and d other 2 instructors (girls) over there lo....then one of them asked me how long i can stay back lo..i say anytime...

den she said start at 6....so Zemy and her prac their dance for a while....den i flipped through maths textbook....after dat, zemy asked her to stretch with me...d same question lo...'why r u so flexible wan...eh ur hand damn geli la...can bend till like dat...' i jus smiled at her nia lo...den zemy became my instructor today...so much fun....

there's oso a guy who took break class oso....he's only on wed wan....he learned longer den me d lo...so we did backwalkover first..he asked me to do double...den after dat triple...den later on st fr walkover to front split..Cool!! :D den le...headstand =.='....ish i hate dat d most...oh dat girl oso got trained with us...she dun learn break wan...jus joined in...

oh b4 dat, we need to do h'stand den walk sideways wan....gahhh...tiring.... :) bt i dun mind...coz arm strength ma....and den dat bridge thingy den twist wan..i dun really get that...bt i'll work on it...polish till i get it ryte!

den after that, he asked me go join Joel they all and xin ee...asked me do hstand open leg wan and stay....d open leg damn weird la...diff fr gymnastics wan...:( he said after a while d, he's gonna pair xin ee and me together....i think it's a happie thing kua....:) maybe maybe .... i think she's d only girl who learn break lo...she's a gymnast oso....shud be older den me... kekekkeeke

zack asked me to stay back and prac more...bt i damn tired d...so yea i went back st away after my class ends... :(

My instructor, Zack is a nice fella...they all seemed very nice wan lo....hehe :D all b-boys r like dat i think..hehe :D coz those b-boys in Ultimaxx oso very nice and frendly wan..=)
I din tell him dat i'm a gymnast...bt den after that stretching part (he helped me to stretch), he asked whether i got learn gymnastics bo...:) den i ma say yes lo...and den he said , "Oh u see dat 2 guys over there, mereka pun gymnasts...buat banyak flips lo...sgt cantik punya..."haha! Yea dat white shirt guy fr Freeze class. and den he introduced Shi Ying to me...oso a gymnast :D

Last week, is all those freezes...this coming week pula, TOPROCK! dun really like toprock...

I hope i can meet Joel! I admired him a lot..i think he'll be much more better den Maxx...maybe kua :)

In Prangin dat day, I heard someone called me, “LAY WAH!!!!!!” I looked around…and spotted Andrea on d escalator…and not only Andrea was there…the WHOLE TEAM of Vivacious… 16 PPL ALTOGETHER!!!!!!!! Can u imagine dat 1 whole team which consists of 16 cheerleaders went for shopping spree??? Haha I’m not surprised dat 16 cheerleaders went shopping together…coz we used to do dat when competition is jus around d corner… Bt I was surprised dat I met the whole team on dat day..i was SO HAPPIE!!! :D Andrea gave me HUGS….!!! :D and Ker Lynn oso..and d rests! :D:D:D and my so called BFF left me with them and went st to the McD kiosk..tsk tsk tsk.. =P

OMG! After listening to Sam’s ori twilight cd, I got addicted to Muse-Super Massive Black Hole =P downloaded it…love it lots! I love the beats… :D:D:D keep on playing it..=P

I missed all d performances with Explode… I love performances…totally in love with it… having dance practises everyday is SO MUCH F-U-N!!!!!!

I still remember we spent the whole day since 730 am till 10++ pm practising our dance steps… till my my leg cramped… bt I till enjoyed d prac =D

I love to perform our own dance routines together… I dun mind spending more den 12 hrs prac..prac and prac till everything’s perfect… I dun mind at all =) coz I LOVE it!

At first when I reached Suria Mas on 3rd Jan 09, I went into my room! I was so SHOCKED!!! OMG!!! So small!!!! How am I gonna survive? For 1 yr somemore? My mum oso said damn small…. My dad dun really like d place… esp d car park…yea I dun like it too…

Last yr, b4 SPM, my frens and I planned dat we’re gonna rent a banglo and we’re gonna stay together…haha…bt… no! it didn’t happen… :( imagine if we all stay together…it’s gonna be DAMN FUN all d time! Den maybe I dun feel like goin back to Png anymore…coz I got u guys with me… :) I hate to be alone..without my frens! Dats y I always look fwd for hol! I duno y ..i jus can’t live without my frens… maybe I’m used to them… everyday I’m with them…so now kinda weird lo without them…luckily Jes is her ….with me…

She’s my senior… her mum owns a yoga centre…some kind like a studio…. Love her studio…and d toilets! So coooool! =D her ex-bf is a DJ…he has a twin bro…. not bad actually…bt they’re like 25 I think…old…same like Soo…bt I’ll still prefer Soo…though he’s old…hehe X)… and Sandra is oso good in dancing…she’s into hip hop and break dance and oso a skater… and a runner too…run damn fast…coz she got long legs! =P

Bt now I see Laureen oso wanna be a model…I duno la..bt she dun really erm…I duno…she’s pretty..she got d figure (Oh my! And she still wanna be a flyer.. she’s so daring..and I salute her coz she’s not afraid dat her backbone might get worst lo… on the other hand, Hannah got injured that day…and her parents came and some kind like complained to Andrea about d injury..come on la..u shud hv know dat ur daughter is a flyer..wat do u expect fr her… it’s a normal thing if u fall fr the top….so dun blame them and dun blame d capt..everyone esp d captain sure does not wan d flyer to fall fr the top wan la.. Went to Shanghai Ding House of Dumpling Restaurant on sun nite with my family for dinner….ate a lot.. hehe =P so I went for a jog yesterday in d morn trying to burn those fats… ALONE k..:( coz all of my frens r busy…. Sch, coll and stuff lo…I dun really mind running alone …coz I prefer to jog alone den wif my frens.. :P so I went to Bkt Dumbar…. Wanna go to Youth Park wan bt I noe my mum will go there lo..so better not go to Youth Park…coz I dun like to jog with my mum…very stress wan run wif her ….. actually the fact is I dun dare to run with her =P I dun hv stamina like her or my dad..both of them…they’re CRAZY!!!

Ppl used to ask me…why u din follow ur mum’s footsteps? Even my grandma asked me dat… I duno…maybe coz I dun like walking…. ????? I asked my mum can I enter sports sch when I got my UPSR results….she said nope! Bt she got her own reasons la…. She said she wanna train my youngest sis to become a walker just like her…and now my sis already 10 yrs old d..she din take any action oso…my sis is a lil bit weak actually….so I shall wait and c when will my mum coach her la..maybe 2 yrs later lo…got ppl asked my mum to become a coach bt my mum dun wan…. Heh :P
PS: my parents knew each other coz both of them r walker and u noe through comp…u’ll get to noe each other betta…yeaaaa dats how they got together… heh bt my mum is betta den my dad last time…coz my mum is a national walker…den aft they got married and they hv me d…my mum stopped..nearly 10 yrs later after my younger sis passed away den she took part in comp again..all those StarWalk, Millenium, S’pore Big Walk, 12 & 24 hrs walk, wateva walking comp la…now she and my dad gonna take part in dat Komtar run thing….u noe KOMTAR!!! All d steps walao eh…sometimes I do salute them. :D and my mum has a collection of trophies and medals in huge cupboards! My dad got oso la…bt not like my mum lo…his wan all r in the cupboards bt smaller cupboards den my mum…bt now, my dad’s stamina is better den my mum…they compete with each other wan everytime…I meant everyday…ahhh….

My dad, my mum, my youngest sis and I …all 4 of us share one common thing…that is we love to watch sports comp…esp Olympics, Commonwealth Games, Asean Games.. though dat time my sis still very young….she will join us too when we’re watching all those games..

Oh gosh! I hate Penang’s weather…seriously damn HOT!!!!!! On air-cond for 24 hrs oso..u’ll feel very hot! The weather is like damn shitty! There’s haze everywhere..my eyes are damn itchy… bt no matter wat..i’ll still prefer PENANG! Heh :D

Oooo now I love Milo pekat…hehe :) O.O and my dad bought nangka and mangosteens and grapes and persimmons… all my fav! NANGKA! I nearly finish all d nangkas and mangosteens d lo.. :P kekeke..:P and I finish all d langsat d… :P

I still remember last yr during my b’thday got SUKMA lo…my senior gave me a photo frame with one of the lovely pic that we took together…at the back of the pic, got a short note..not dat short actually…it’s quite long…very touching..:`( so fast 1 yr past liao…I noe I made my coach disappointed… I’m sorry. :( she put high expectations on me, trained me so hard for last yr’s MSSM which is oso my last comp ..bt I quitted. It’s all my fault. Sorry :( I’m seriously so sorry!

I missed d time when I spent my time after school with my gym mates :] instead of going to MSN there, I asked them to come to my sch gym… den we’ll spent a lot of time talking and discussing on routines..our routines and others wan.. :p now no more d… all oso not free..2 in Japan :(, 1 in Germany, 3 in Aus, 2 in KL and d rests all very very bz with their dance prac..see dance again.. all d guys all now in dance d..ish (M.S, M.D, C.W, Y.F, T.T, F.P, J.L, W.T etc) haihz….

Ok guess wat? Today,I still can see my 4-pax…d lines…ahhhh…I thought they’re gone d..mana tau I can still see them :) not bad uh? Hahahaha!!!!:D:D:D I’m so excited when I read dat notice thing : Shawn Machel had accepted ur fren request or something like dat la…….heh =P I wanna scream bt my grandma was over there…so yea I tahan tahan…=P over there, her info stated that she’s very busy..only will read the comments and reply them…coz she needs to go back to the gym for her intensive training…coz she a professional gymnast as wat she said in dat info corner.. ‘I’m a professional gymnast’…obviously la…Olympics medallist wo…..hehehe :) I love her coach too! A china coach actually =P hehehe :D he’s like a daddy for Shawn… always there for her…I noe dat coz I watched like duno how many many many many many many videos of her d in various comp…and aft she finished her routine her coach will give her hugs and kiss …d kiss thingy not always la..depends =P o yea…she’s oso a dancer…some kind like ballroom dancer =P

Many ppl said Shawn is arrogant, snobbish and love to show-off…oh well, maybe it’s her look la…coz when she din smile, or tension dat time esp during comp, ya I do admit that she might be a lil arrogant…bt hey it’s her personality wat….and when I viewed one of her videos….omg! her room’s wall…all d 4 corners r all full with MEDALS!!!!! Seriously all medals wan… :O she’s just so awesome!

I added Nastia Liukin oso..Olympic Gold Medallist :) bt she did not approve yet..so I’ll still wait patiently:)…she’s my 2nd fav gymnast….i love Shawn more den her….both of Nastia’s parents r oso Olympics gold medallist in gymnastics….chun ryte? Hehe :) dats y her dad is her coach..:) nastia is pretty..really sweet and pretty..and many ppl prefer her den shawn… no comments over here… I love her floor routine…coz whatever she did all landed perfectly..PERFECTLY!!! she’s really flexible….erm I think maybe a lil flexible than Shawn =P shawn is more into acros….o and d USA ppl gv her a red sports car :) pretty cool ryte after she won the title….hehehehe :D

And the reason y I like dat Viva la Vida song, it’s jus becoz both of them or mainly coz of Shawn :):):)heh =P everytime when I hear it, it reminds me of her…her routine!

Sch & etc.

:D fruits!!! My dad bought lots of fruits today..jus for me :D heh :P he noe I love to eat them…he noe I can jus eat fruits d whole day as my breakfast, lunch and dinner :P got grapes, oranges, kiwis, bananas, langsat, pineapple, honeydew, papayas (my hse got 3 banana plants and oso papaya plants) hehe…guavas wif asam bt not d sandy type punya asam la…hehe :D I love kiwis coz they’re green!!! He bought all my fav fruits except nangka and durian…coz nangka is not good for ur knees… they said it can weaken ur knees lo…:S bt I love nangka lots!! I used to buy nangka everytime b4 tt last yr…my tt place down there got fruit vendor wan lo… dat aunty oso recognised me d..coz I bought lots of fruits fr her wan..and got discount oso lo…LOL:P

I think I’m gonna gain weight soon…eat eat and eat…ahhh… this 2 mths in kl I din gain weight lo..still d same…bt I can’t believe it…I thought I gain weight lo..like 10 kg? hehe bt happy oso la coz I maintained..all my cousins that studied in KL wan all oso skinny wan when they came back…I dun wanna be d odd wan out…
Over here, when I go makan at my granny’s hse, she’ll always say ‘Jiak ka ceh’ means eat a lot..then when sit there nothing to do dat time..she’ll ask me go eat wan..esp during tea-time…I din hungry oso force me too eat..ish ish..

I think ryte.. I dun used to my queen-sized bed d…I can’t really sleep well…like I used to sleep for 14 hrs when I was in KL though in KL it’s only single bed…haih…ooo my mum jus gave me d ticket…9 am depart lo ..so mayb will reach around 1 to 2 pm…then will st go to Sunway wif Jes… YAY :D poor Jes..must be so lonely without me :P hehe *perasan* wanna go swimming wif her :P

I’m so so so happy dat kris allen won!! I hope he’ll come to m’sia asap…hope and pray hard..:D so cute…^^ better than adam lambert..i dun like him..duno y jes preferred him…eeee…so gothic…jes jus loves those kind of guys…like Gazzette…wateva la..those jpnese guys….:S oh gosh now I’m so freaking FULL…ahh..my stomach like gonna EXPLODE!!!...heh!

So fast 5 mths over d…can’t believe it…I still remember those days where we’re takin our SPM…me, and the gang (Sam, Se ting, Cheow hoong, Mei yin, Jes, Lay ling, Cher, and etc)..sat at Laman Ko-op there bz studying like org giler…den went back home damn late…den my bed all full of papers…I dun put them in proper place wan..just dumped them… then I can’t sleep on my bed..so need to sleep on my yoga mat J not bad oso lo…hehe XD I din tell my parents bout dat..bt I think my mum knew bout it la..hehe :D hmmmmph…..

Dat day when I came back…on my way back to Png in d bus…I jus realised I came fr the island…I-S-L-A-N-D! W-O-W! dat’s so special..hehe dat’s wat makes me diff fr others fr other states J keke :D I love the beach…maybe we can hv bbq and play volleyball one day when we’re free…free fr sch, coll, hw, sch work, assignments and everything J jus enjoy ..when would it be? I wonder…

i miss my high sch time…esp during recess…me, mei yin and sam will always run to d canteen once the bell rang…coz we hate to queue up wan..damn long lo d lines…so yea run like mad ppl..seriously dashed to canteen like org gila…den u can see 3 long tables r all filled up with my gang punya org…so fun!!!! Den we’ll go to Ko-op buy jellies…den will makan in d class if we feel bored..hehe :D den after sch I’ll go to d gym d…if dun hv training den I’ll go to my sch gym,…do my hw while doin splits..:) coz I felt damn bored… or sleep on d beam.. J mr.lim told me b4 last time…u must sleep, eat, drink, do ur hw on d beam..so u’ll love it…hahaha Jbull shit! This bull shit word reminds me of something…during esl time..ish…and d streetfighter thing…:P if there’s no one who book d sch gym , then I’ll ask my frens to come lo…not my sch frens coz they dun dare to enter d gym wan..haha duno y..they said my sch gym is haunted..coz got rumours said dat my sch last time used to be a hosp. and got cemeteries wan….bt I love to sleep in my sch gym…very nice wan….and when it’s quite lagi syok…hehe..:D Gym is like my 2nd home.. my frens used to say : ‘U ah…now gym is like ur 2nd home d ah..everytime go there wan’..hehe :D I jus love the gym bt I’ll always prefer the gym in MSN…over there got d springy floor….very big-spaced somemore… can zzz very well… got trampoline over there..down there all sponges wan… :D:D:D so much fun…bt we can’t enter dat trampoline area if the china coach is over there lo and when u din train dat time..i hate Mr. Bogamia (Bulgarian coach)! Hate him! Idiot guy!

Shi Qi got kicked out d by Shu Wai’s previous China coach..her discipline prob and oso her behaviour lo..i dun really like her oso la…bt then pity her oso lo..learn so hard d den kena kicked out….Siti migrated to Brunei d…Hui Lu stopped d..so now Under-12 left Cheow Mei and Rachel..Cheow Mei is my all-time fav in Under12 girls besides Jerelyn la…bt now Jerelyn under-15 d..:) getting older :D hehe…For Under-12 boys …my all-time fav would definitely be Wen Zheng..DEFINITELY! *CH said I can join her class for phy on Monday ….MR.SAADAN!!! hehe ^^ bt 4 periods le..can u imagine phy for 4 periods???* keng!* back to the story…wen zheng is jus so cute..i used to say ‘ when he’s a lil bit older dat time, sure got lot of girls fall for him wan’…hehe:D last time I used to like Akhiko wan lo..d under-12 gymnast..a Japanese..bt den few yrs back he went back to Japan d…I still remembered..he did 5 flips continuously J nice Jand there’s Takeru (Tandoori Chicken)..when he do h’stand dat time he burped wan…hahaha damn funny I tell u.., den Jerelyn’s bro, Jeremiah…he has those really big eyes,..bt very quiet…once u noe him, den yea…he’ll be very active d…all d lil boys like dat wan.. den U15 boys… now not really dat pro wan…coz all d pros all old d…now all under18..got Jerelyn’s elder bro, Jeremy, den Chao Wei (my fav oso..always there to cheer for him) and Terrence (yuck!!!i’ll never 4get him-coz last time comp in Malacca dat time…when wanna go back to d hostel..he climbed and hide in dat small compartment area where u can put ur small luggage bags on top ur seat wan…and he’s above me…(he’s really small-sized lo)..so when d bus turned dat time, he fell and sat on my shoulder). Den he kena marah by yi fan J and wei theng …hahaha XD padan muka! Hohohoh…X) is it a trend dat all d ex-gymnasts in penang must get involve in b-boy wan ah? Since Maxx and Chao-Wei’s bro, ming dyi open their own studio d, den after dat all d ex-gymnasts joined b-boy d… den d girls all lari here and there d: study unlike d guys except Hao Ning la…and oso my senior, Doreen who’s now already became a coach liao lo..:) she asked me b4 whether wanna help her coach bo when she’s coming to KL to further her studies dat time…I would love to..bt I dun hv the time lo..if I hv free time, I will go for CHARM’s audition d…haih…u must be very brave if u wanna be a coach..coz u’ll get hit by ur gymnasts wan lo..esp when u’re supporting them when they’re learning new elements..esp acros on floor…I tell u ah..kena hit on ur cheek when u’re supporting someone for handspring damn pain wan ah..kena b4 last yr when coaching some of my juniors … bt not as teruk as my jaw one la… dats y u need to sacrifice something wan lo…esp on something dat u hv passion for it..dun care whether a person or something which u love loads! Me le..i already got lots of injuries d..ankle, knee, neck, jaw and d serious wan is my spinal cord area there lo… very very pain dat time when I kena…ahhhh…. Dats y these few yrs I need to crack my backbone when I wake up in d morn…at least now getting better d..one day need to crack a few times nia..last time like every hour oso need to crack wan lo.. I love vaulting and unfortunately my backbone kena till like dat coz of vaulting..ish ish…:S bt anyway, I still love vault.. always ! ^^ o yea.. and duno which yr b4 CNY 1 day, I trained my bar’s routine (coz comp was jus around d corner dat time), and I slipped coz my palms are sweating… den I fell & hit d bar damn hard…kena my head and elbow..my head bengkak like hell…something dat I wont forget..my mum called it as ‘hospital sudah tumbuh’. :S bt now I missed all d injuries…all d muscle-ache… :’(

Finally going back HOME! Actually i'm in the bus now..on d way...damn bored so planned to write something den go back can post it. :) din blog for a few days d coz got EXAM!!! and oso d connection prob..:S wanna zzz in d bus bt too excited..(as usual)....now i'm damn hungry...din eat breakfast or lunch...d last thing i has was Vico at 3 am...HUNGRY! wanna eat tosei later...i seriously gor addicted to it d since ate it dat day in d Mamak stall..Thanks to Hikari! I've tried d tosei in PJ campus...damn nice...much more better den AC or any Mamak Stall...d first thing when i reach Penang later, i'm gonna go and eat TOSEI...hehe..wanna compare which one better..KL or Penang? :D

At last exam over! Though it's just 3 days. Stupid tables and chairs...make my neck pain like hell...first time kena...coz of EXAM!!! can't even bend my neck! Vidhya's neck too...Painful...luckily everything's over. :) Oh btw i suck at Maths just now...i think ...no i'm sure i fail mymaths paper...haha ....it's my fault oso la...coz i din touch maths at all seriously..i only focus in chem...coz i dun wanna fail chem...:P so yea...din touch...jus do dat notes..which it's supposed to help us in Maths...bt actually it dun help much to me la...

Start off with the first person i knew on d first day in class, Vidhya.. :) she was sitting next to me...well not exactly beside la..coz beside me was Sue Ying :) Ok, so we're like smiling to eaxh other..then after class, we're asking where to meet each other 2 moro morn and exchange num...and oh well, on dat day itself, i got a new nickname : CINDY! by Vidhya..long story :P hehe..
she has dimples...very pretty...loves to hit ppl's bum bum :) and she can write really really long essays :P superb! LOL :D ooo and she's d youngest besides Yoshua la...smart girl :) and her awesome bf is oso fr PENANG!!! hehe :D super cool! :P
